Due the large volume of orders we handle per day, it takes us three business days (Saturday, Sunday, and recognized National Holidays are NOT business days) to process your order. Meaning your order will not leave our warehouse for at least three business days after we receive your payment.

All of our Spice herbal orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (US Mail / Post Office). This means you should receive your order 7-10 days after your order is processed. International orders and sometimes Canada can experience delivery times between 14-21 days for your order to arrive. We have no control over the Post Office's shipping schedules or delivery times.

We use delivery confirmation on all our packages so if you haven't received your order 7-10 working days or for International and Canadian customers 14- 21 days from the date you placed your order (after adding in the three business days to process your order), we’re here to help. Go to our Contact & Support page and please use the form provided there for customer inquiries. It is the best and fastest method of inquiring about an order.

We do offer our U.S. and Canadian customers the option of U.S. or Global Priority Mail. At check out you will be asked if you want standard first class shipping or Priority shipping. Standard shipping is $4.00 and Priority shipping is $4.75.

Priority Mail orders are processed the same way as above but you will receive your package much faster than our normal shipping time. Sorry, but we do not offer Express Shipping.

All International orders MUST choose the Worldwide shipping option at checkout. International shipping is $14.95. If you do not choose this option, your order will be denied and your money refunded to you.
